Subject to unstable weather surprises. This is the weather forecast for São Paulo, who can not fit more like the sudden changes that occur in the city. Tonight in particular deserved the former title "Sao Paulo, land of the dribble," with an extra dose of cold.
But in Chope of the SESC Pompeii, the temperature is elevated to heights during the presentation of the band Leela. The cozy atmosphere and good acoustics of the site provided an ideal environment for the group show its full potential. Tchago and PHD are responsible for a section rhythmic and dynamic environment, perfectly integrated with a truly vibrant energy.
The guitar leads Rodrigo of the shares, seeks to fill the spaces using creativity and add new sounds, with a variety of effects pedals for at its disposal. And the voice from Bianca is a registered trademark of the group. His guitar serves as an ideal complement to the work of Rodrigo.
The Leela has managed a feat: a successful debut CD, which captured the public and put the tape in evidence in the media. Came the second work, small boxes, which maintained the same style sound, but showed significant changes. The compositions became more agile, with an increase in weight. Not counting the evolution of the letters, new themes and ideas increased the value of work.
Thus, the repertory became asian and allowed the band would increase the options in their shows. It's nice to see the audience applauding song setlist that returning after a period of absence, attached to new issues.
In "So I," which opens the show, it is nice to see Bianca take to the stage the theremin, an instrument pioneer in electronic music. Created by Russian Léon Theremin in 1919, popularized in the rock by Jimmy Page, especially on their performance in the film The Song Remais the Same.
After two more songs from the CD debut, "I hate taste" and "I Wanted," the band focused on the small repertoire of boxes. The title-track, consisting of Bianca, Rodrigo and Fausto Fawcett, is an example: create melodies that have a great appeal before the public is a difficult task. But the Leela to achieve this goal on several occasions: "Cheap Love," "6 Hours Without Apology," "Girl mirror," "Amores Fragile".
In "Visionary World", it is worth noting the letter: "Come on, that the poet 's muse in a hurry / The heart goes rimando passionate love with pain / The land already Rodou, already poisoned / What is the color of joy?".
At the end of the show, the drizzle had passed, it was still cold, but the public came out heated and very happy after discovering the secrets of small boxes of noise Leela.
